DKI Vehicle Tax Bleaching Has Been Validated A Month, Starting Today

Harian Press. From November 15 to December 15, 2018, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will abolish motor vehicle tax fines (PKB) and administrative penalties for transferring motor vehicle names (BBNKB), also known as 'bleaching'.


This was stated in the Decree of the Head of the Tax Agency and Regional Retribution of DKI Jakarta Province Number 2315 Year 2018 concerning the stipulation of the elimination of administrative sanctions for Motor Vehicle Tax and Customs for Transferring Motorized Vehicles.


As quoted by Antara, the letter was signed by the Acting Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tax and Retribution Agency Faisal Syafruddin.


In addition to vehicle tax, in the letter, the subject matter of rural and urban land and building tax (PBB-P2) is given to taxpayers who do not or have not paid PKB, BBN-KB, and PBB-P2 payable.

Faisal said that taxpayers can take advantage of the PKB administrative sanctions removal program and BBN-KB administrative sanctions by reprinting tax assessment letters (SKP) and issuance of payment obligations (SKKP) that have been issued, but have not been paid for in the period of deletion.


Services for the elimination of fines for PKB and BBN-KB will be carried out at PKB and BBN-KB Service Unit Offices in joint Samsat offices, Samsat outlets, sub-district Samsat, traveling Samsat, and DKI Jakarta Provincial Tax Agency Retribution Board, and payments through automated teller machines (ATMs).


Then for the service of eliminating the elimination of PBB-P2 administrative sanctions carried out in all payment places, both banks and ATMs.


The decision to abolish this fine was sent to DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, Jakarta Provincial Government Secretary Saefullah, and Dirlantas Metro Jaya Regional Police Kombes Yusuf.
